Hannah: It is an honor to have you here Pharaoh Hatshepsut.
Sofia: Yes, it really is and we will start by asking you questions.
Sofia: When did you start ruling Egypt?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: I daughter of King Thutmose I, became queen of Egypt when I married my half-brother, Thutmose II, around the age of 12. After he had passed away, I began acting as regent for my stepson, the infant Thutmose III, but later I took on the full powers of a pharaoh, becoming co-ruler of Egypt around 1473 B.C.
Hannah: That's very interesting. What do you think made you the most successful Women Pharaoh?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: I think that i am the most successful pharaoh because I have been pharaoh a for over 15 years and that made me successful for not losing the throne over the years.
Sofia: Do you have any kids?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: Yes, I have a daughter named Neferure. She was first raised by the courtier Ahmose Pennekhbet, and later by Steward Senenmut.
Hannah: What were your Achievements?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: First, on my Sixteenth Year of being a pharaoh, I ordered for two more constructed obelisks to be made but, one of got cracked sadly. Next, one of my greatest architect designed a crowning glory dedicated to a lion-goddess pakhet for me.
Sofia: You must have been proud of your accomplishments. Now, this is a question I have been dying to ask you. What is your relationship with Senenmut?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: Senenmut and I have a lovely relationship.He was the love of my life until one day he just disappeared, (she snaps with her hand) just like that.
Hannah: What do you think made Thutmosis III hate you so much?
Pharaoh Hatshepsut: I think that Thutmosis III hates me so much because I didn't give up the throne in the first place.
